BIEN À VOUS STUDIO

Bien à Vous is the creative alliance of Patricia Lanoie and Jeanne Joly. In October 2016 they founded their stationary collection, in collaboration with visual artists. This studio caught my eye because it reminded me of some of the abstract artwork we talked about in class. Even though this art is quite simple, something as mundane as a match box can still have a distinct mood and tone to it. Here, the artist uses simple shapes with few colors that give off a minimalist vibe and feel that guides our eyes towards the smiley face, reminding me a little bit of the gestalt art.
