Antonymic Nuances

Something that really stood out to me from our very first class was our exercise in brainstorming via antonyms. Not only is this great for divergent thinking, but also highlighted how “antonym” means something different for everyone!

Google search the “opposite” of this, eh? Hmm….

This guy made me laugh, and my mind immediately jumped to the opposite of his fully fluffed nature – also giving me Boundin’ flashbacks, leading to me pasting the image of the shaved sheep.

I was so surprised, in our subsequent discussion, to see the range of “opposites”, from landscape related (mountain vs cityscape) to process related (sheep wool vs sweater).

Truly highlights a group’s diversity and breadth capabilities when given a seemingly “easy” prompt!
