“New color in the times of slow coffee”

I immediately thought about the piece Rhetoric of the Image (1964), Roland Barthes, that we discussed in class when I came across the pieces created by Terrence Caviar & Kristin Texeira. Particularly the idea that the Rhetoric of the Image reminding people of still life paintings. I really like the juxtaposition of the images and paintings.
