Architectural Gifs Restore Damaged Cultural Sites Around the World

This week in class we began our discussions of GIFs. This article caught my eye that talks about animated series of GIFs that restore famous ancient landmarks from around the world. These short clips digitally re build the sites to show what they’d look like had they not been damaged and decayed over time. This featured image is of the landmark Hatra in Iraq, which was the first city of the Arab Kingdom.
