Jem Cresswell’s underwater shots of humpback whales in the Pacific Ocean illustrates the nurturing and symbiotic qualities of nature. The pictures depict not only the giant humpbacks, but also their barnacle-clad skin and other fish feeding off of their underbellies. The black and white photographs convey a sense peacefulness and serenity — almost as if the audience was submerged into the depths of the sea.
