Painting With Code: UI Engineer Diana Smith Creates Baroque-Inspired Portraits with CSS

This week we were introduced to Processing, a creative way to code and process artwork. Diana Smith, a UI engineer has created 17th century style European portraits using HTML and CSS. She even types all of the code by hand! All of the portraits take up thousands of lines of code and rely a lot on trial and error to get the details of these portraits right.
