When searching for still life art to draw inspiration from, I found this interesting project which incorporated coding in a really creative way. A developer names Scott Garner created the still life painting above by using a game developing tool called Unity 3D, a motion sensor and a basic C application which recreates gravity. The hardware for this painting includes a spatial sensor and a rotating TV screen which gives the illusion of a canvas. Any external force on the frame allows the canvas to rotate so that all the objects inside the screen can rotate in unison.
