Adam List is known for his pixelated geometric painting. His contemporary approach to these famous paintings examined the connections between mathematics and nostalgia.
What I found interesting about his painting was his process of decomposing the original paintings using blocks of color. The juxtaposition of flatness and 3-dimensionality in his paintings made me rethink about the relationships between colors and dimensions.
